Your will be received with a smile and warm welcome to our office. Your will be asked to write the name of your child in special paper form that is used to keep the confidentiality of our patients. Proper identification for new patients’ parents is required. Valid forms of identification are; driver’s license, military ID, passport or any picture ID that contains your photo, name and last name. Please see that court papers are required when you bring adopted children. Divorced parents will also be requested to present proof of custody. If you decide to send your child with any family or relative for further appointments, our website portal will require the necessary authorization. Please see that only parents can authorize any changes to treatment plans. Once you have done the proper registration, you can sit and relax being assured that your child will be taken care of as soon as possible. Please be patient if you must wait; we do not mind rescheduling your appointment at your convenience if you see that you are running out of time.

1. Our waiting room is of a medium size for any standard dental office. It is equipped with a TV, books and toys for the little ones. We encourage our parents to be extra vigilant of the behavior of your children as well as the language they use. Cursing, profanity, slander or any other disrupting behavior other than what is expected for small children or children with special needs is not tolerated.

2. Please do not allow your children to stand on our chairs. They may fall and injure themselves.

3. Talking on cellular phones or mobiles is discouraged while in the waiting room and definitely not allowed once you step into the consultation area.

4. Please see that we do not allow the use of mobile phones, laptops, Ipad, smart phones or any electronic device within the consultation area. We have wireless interconnectivity of medical devices that have proved to be sensitive to any other radio frequency within the consultation area.
